Having studied ballet under private tuition every evening throughout her teens and twenties, Niamh brings an embodied experience in movement to the practices of Yoga, Pilates and Ballet Barre. This has led her to develop a mindful movement practice, informed by anatomy training in each of Yoga, Pilates and Ballet Barre and coupled with the subtle body and somatic teachings of the eastern traditions. This body awareness transforms mental, emotional and physical patterns through the practice of yoga, integrating breath, mind and subtle body practices to that of the physical form. The pathway of the body and breath are the bridges to the deeper levels to bringing about a transformative practice.
Anatomically and evidence based approach to Yoga for Sports fusing anatomy learnings from Pilates, Functional Movement, yoga breathwork and Yin Yoga to facilitate ease and awareness of movement while building strength, releasing tightness, facilitating recovery and longevity in the body musculature and supporting structures.
An evidence based approach to Workplace Wellness, Niamh has completed a Level 9 Postgraduate in Workplace Wellness in Trinity College and approaches Workplace Wellness specialising in the individualised approach within the broader context of Workplace Wellness. We will work with you to assess your requirements and deliver a programme based on your Wellbeing needs.
Yoga Beats is a fun, connected, community experience created by ND Yoga that delivers an experience of a Yoga and fusion movement based class to a curated set list, accompanied by a live DJ that will bring a spark to your workplace! Yoga Beats and Brunch has been replicated by several brand partnerships and we are open to collaboration and team building.
Yoga is a personal practice which helps us connect inside. This inner connection allows for the creation of authentic outer connections too so a natural path of yoga is connection and community.
