Yoga combines life for me. It is not just a physical practice, but one of mind, body and spirit. Yoga is awareness at every level. Integrating the body in this way brings about all of the benefits of yoga that are so commonly referred to – calming the nervous system, reducing anxiety, dealing with the stresses of everyday life.
I specialise in Corporate Yoga and Sports Yoga and run Mindful Movement based classes with a strong focus on alignment.
On 7th July, I launched the first ever Yoga Beats session! It’s a morning Yoga event taking place in the fabulously funky backyard of The Bernard Shaw with a live DJ - DJ Gill and a healthy and delicious brunch served up afterwards by the lovely people at The Shaw Café. The 80 minute workshop style session is a fusion class of Yoga Flow with influences from Yoga Shred (HIIT YOGA) and Barre. A super way to kick off the weekend! YOGA BEATS is a great corporate or festival event!
